Friday, September 27^th was a beautiful day for the official opening of the Kanata Food Cupboard!

We were fortunate to have MP Jenna Sudds, MPP Karen McCrimmon, and Councillor Allan Hubley on hand to cut the ribbon along with Food Cupboard staff Cara-Leigh Wyllie, Jessica Matchem, and Kaitlyn Lalonde along with Board Chair Cody Guthrie.

Many thanks to all who attended, including our new landlord Terlin Construction and our friends from Kanata Hazeldean Lions club, Western Ottawa Community Resource Centre, Kanata North Business Association, Kanata Central BIA, various Community Associations, and Initiate Marketing.
