Dear Kanata Community Members,

I am thrilled to share some incredible news with all of you. After months of diligent searching and hard work, I am delighted to announce that the Kanata Food Cupboard has found its new home! This summer, we will be relocating to 1240 Teron Road in Kanata, located only minutes from our current location.

This milestone wouldn’t have been possible without the immense support and generosity of our new landlord, Terlin Construction LTD. Their willingness to accommodate us reflects their deep commitment to our community and the vital resources we provide. We eagerly anticipate the positive impact our partnership will have on the families we serve.

I want to extend heartfelt thanks to those who have played pivotal roles in making this a reality. Wesley Stinson from Real Strategies, your dedication and expertise have been invaluable every step of the way. Michael Abrams from Kelly Santini, thank you for your legal guidance and support.

To our incredible community, your ideas, and recommendations have propelled us forward on this journey. Each contribution, no matter how small, has brought us closer to this moment.

A special recognition goes out to our dedicated team members and volunteers, the heartbeat of our organization. Cara-Leigh Wyllie, Jessica Matchem, Kaitlyn Lalonde, and every individual who has contributed their time and effort behind the scenes, your commitment and hard work have been instrumental in our success. Your passion for our mission inspires us all, and we are profoundly grateful for your dedication to serving our community.

We are overflowing with excitement as we prepare to embark on this new chapter. Our mission to support the Kanata community remains unwavering, and we can’t wait to continue supporting you from our new location.
